Best Western Kennesaw

Not a bad stay! Comfortable, decently clean.. I brought my own sanitizer wipes, and I'm glad I did because the counters and surfaces did not seem to be wiped down.. there was a greasy substance on the coffee table and some sort of sticky substance on the nightstand I wiped it all down with gloves .. but other than that the staff was wonderful. Very friendly. Continental breakfast was alright. Would stay again!

Had a late check in with my dog and traffic made it an after 1am arrival. Front desk was super friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated Shar's customer service, especially at that hour after traveling 7+hours. Shar wAs very gracious and helpful. The hotel room was great, curtains wouldn't close the whole way and the front sliding door was in need of repair. Overall great experience with my dog!

Nice place just off I-75. Backs up to Interstate, but my room was on the other side of the building. No road noise for me. Very little grass for my Dog. $20 extra for my Dog. Pet rooms on 1st floor which was convenient. Not sure about breakfast. May update after tomorrow morning. I would stay here again. Oh there’s a nice sports bar next door. Just walk over.

We had a great 4 night stay here. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, particularly with letting us check in early, which was much appreciated after a long night of traveling. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with a lot of amenities very close by, as well as quick access to highways to take you to north Georgia or down to Atlanta. The rooms are nothing special, but ours was clean and the daily upkeep was appreciated. Only negative I would say is that the hallways are very loud at night with slamming doors/people coming and going. Overall it was a really good stay and we will definitely stay again if we’re back in the area. Thank you, staff, for being so kind to us!

Just passing through trying to get as close to Atlanta without having to go through Atlanta on a Friday evening The gentleman at the counter was really nice and help me out a lot and I wish I remembered his name but he was great I like my room and I enjoyed being on the second floor

We stayed overnight on March 29th and checked out this morning. The room was great, it was spotless, the TV and the fridge worked great though we never tried the microwave I'm sure that would have worked great as well. The bathroom was spotless as well. Despite too many people showering at once which made the water cold for us it was amazing! I want to personally leave a great review and a thank you to the second shift front desk worker Mitch who checked us in. He was kind, sweet and very welcoming and friendly. When we got back after check in from running to the store and getting our bags he was so kind and he opened the elevator for us and pressed our floor so we could go up without worrying about our hands being full. He's very wonderful! I'd say he definitely deserves a raise or something for such excellent service!

This hotel hits all the good things. The rooms are clean and well priced, the complimentary breakfast is filling, and the staff is incredibly kind. Two staff members in particular, Mitch and LaToya, are the type of people every company should strive to hire. They’re both genuine, helpful, and unbelievably welcoming.

Very neat hotel. The staff were all amazing. My room was cleaner than the room I was in at the Hilton. Best Western doesn't have bugs! They had an impressive breakfast set up. It is very loud though. Other than that this will be the only hotel chain I use in the future.
